Agreement with FAMILIES LLC

Upon application approval from Lendmark Financial Services, if purchaser chooses to proceed with purchase:

  • Purchaser agrees to pay 30% of total invoice directly to FAMILIES LLC at time of order confirmation. This is a non-refundable payment towards the product ordered.
  • The remaining 70% can be financed with Lendmark Financial Services.

By signing Lendmark’s contract, purchaser agrees to pick up product upon completion or accept it when delivered if delivery service is included on the sales order.
