All of our sheds are built with high-quality materials and with structural longevity in mind.
We start by using pressure treated 4×4 beams as a base. On top of these beams, we install 2×4 floor joists,16″ on center. On the garages, the floor joists are 12″ on center for additional strength.
The walls are assembled using 2×4 studs, 16″ on center, and are sheeted with OSB then covered with vinyl siding. Our wood sheds are sheeted with LP-Smartside exterior plywood.
Next comes the 2×4 rafters, 16″ on center, which are covered with OSB and finished with self-sealing architectural shingles.
Our careful construction results in a shed that will endure for many years to come.
