About Payment, Delivery and Installation For Payment - We request a 20% deposit when the order is placed. The balance being due on delivery. Orders can also be placed by phone and mail. What about delivery and installation - Installation is complimentary. This includes delivery within 20 miles. Additional delivery miles are $2.50 per mile one way. What does our installation include - We will place the set in your yard, assemble all the components, secure it, and have it ready for play when we leave. Do you need to prepare your yard before we come - In most yards we need to dig with a shovel at either end of the playset to install properly. We will use a trained eye to place it. However any site preparation is the customer's responsibility. We are glad to discuss any questions you may have about the suitability of your yard. What if you have a fence - Because all play houses come preassembled we need to have a 5' to 8' wide access to your back yard. If you do not have this talk to us about other options particular to your home. If we need to dismantle a section of your fence there is a $40. charge.
